   "You even have our path!"

"It's bigger on the map then it really is."

"It's perfect on the map. It seems like it's even bigger than that when we're there! Hey, your treehouse!"

-From The Revenge of Mackie Fitzsimmons

Georgie Green Takes Flight begins the story of Georgie Green and introduces readers to his New Hampshire town and his neighbors. I have always believed in the thought that "It takes a Village to raise a village" and the characters of Winsett Village are no exception!

Twelve year old Georgie Green believes, without question, that he is meant for great and extraordinary things! He knows he has the ability to fly if only he can train his body to do what his mind knows he can! Georgie believes that this flying ability will come once he is able to transform into a great bird and one day, with practice and determination, he will succeed! But, when he starts noticing strange changes...is he really ready for what's to come!

Tiny, artistic and mohawk-haired Beanie wants to do all she can to help Georgie achieve his dream of flight. The daughter of famous actors, Beanie was sent to live in Winsett with her grandparents when she was young and became Georgie's instant friend.

Tall, funny and athletic, David and Georgie are as opposite as they are alike. Though as they begin Junior High School they soon realize how much alike they really are...and how uniting together can help them overcome any obstacle!

The Green's aging neighbor has always been a friend to Georgie. A retired ornithologist, Mr. Ferrus has shared his knowledge of birds with Georgie... But, recently Georgie notices some very suspicious behavior from his old neighbor! If you already know- don't tell! If you don't know check out Georgie Green Takes Flight!

Mackie and Georgie have a long history of not getting along - a conflict that builds through Books 1 & 2 of the Georgie Green series. Mackie has his own secrets though, and his sweet and helpful boy image is about to be put to the test! Wait and see what Georgie, David and Beanie have in store... but Mackie may be more than they bargained for!

Annie Green

Beanie's elderly squirrel obsessed neighbor is famous around Winsett for her eccentric ways. But she's not to be underestimated! Just give her a mud-balloon and a slingshot and she'll conquer all!

What could an country music loving enviromental science student and a baseball loving business student have in common? These budding friends have become something of older siblings to both Georgie and Beanie and are always there to help...no questions asked!

Georgie's mother is constantly working to raise her active and accident-prone son to be hard-working and responsible. Known as "the warden", she does her best to keep order... but does she know even more about Georgie's activities and ambitions then she lets on?
